When you order from Stikwood, you are ordering directly from the manufacturer. This means we don’t answer to anyone but you. Our only goal is that you have a good experience and your space turns out exactly as you envisioned.
Order Policy
1. Order Processing & Production Time: Our Real Wood products are made to order. When your order is received and paid for we will begin production. The typical order will take 2–3 weeks to make. The finish you choose and wood availability may affect this production time.
Cutoff Time: Orders received after 3 PM EST will be input into the system the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Shipping: Our standard shipping option usually takes 5-7 business days within the contiguous U.S. to be delivered. Cost will depend on where you are located and is estimated at time of checkout on the site. Expedited options may be offered during checkout.
- Free Shipping: For some products and during some promotions we offer free ground shipping within the USA only.
3. International Shipping
- Available Destinations: We ship to Canada in addition to the contiguous United States. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We are able to ship to other locations around the globe if you contact us directly.
- Duties and Taxes: Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may be charged upon delivery.
4. Tracking and Delivery
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@stikwood.com
Return & Exchange Policy*
Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your Stikwood. It must be unused and returned in full (not cut and with the peel and stick backer intact—it's ok if one of the boxes was opened, but must be resealed). If you have an unopened, unused left-over box, let us know and you can return it for a partial refund.
- Exchanges are free as long as they are requested within the 30 of receiving the product.
- If you’re exchanging for a higher-priced product, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.
- For returns, you'll be asked to pay the shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
- Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Tools, trim and accessories are not returnable.
- Refunds will be processed upon the receipt of the returned material and applied to the card you used to purchase within 3-5 business days.
