Start ShoppingYOUR CREATOR BRIEF
Bring us along as you make room for real wood. Capture your Stikwood project in photos and video, from the first before shot through installation to the finished reveal. Then share monthly moments with your wall: the texture, the changing seasons and the everyday life around it.
THE IDEA
Show us the wall as it is, then take us through the change. From a blank or dated surface to a styled room with real wood, let your audience see what Stikwood brings to a space you actually live in.
Give your followers an exclusive 10% discount on qualifying purchases with your campaign-specific Stikwood code. Each customer can use that code once. You will receive a new code for each new campaign. Your campaign runs for 12 months, and the code stays valid for three additional months—15 months from your first campaign post.
Create a brisk transition video that moves from before to after in one clear, dramatic cut. Alongside the final edit, provide unedited video footage, including b-roll, and original, unedited photos of unboxing, surface preparation, installation in progress and the finished wall. Keep the before photos too: the process assets are required even when they do not appear in your final edited video.
Real wood brings warmth and texture to a room, one wall at a time. Show how your Stikwood product goes up, whether it uses peel-and-stick backing, simple screws or adhesive, and how the finished wall changes the feel of your space.
YOUR CONTENT CHECKLIST
STIKWOOD CREATOR & AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your participation is subject to these terms, the applicable campaign brief, and your signed agreement with Stikwood. Together, these documents set out the project, deliverables, deadlines, compensation, and content usage rights. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.
1. PARTICIPATION & CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
Creators agree to document their Stikwood project in the combination of videos and photos specified in their campaign brief: the space before installation, the installation process, and the finished reveal. Creators must also upload unedited video footage (including b-roll) and original, unedited photos of unboxing, surface preparation, installation in progress and the finished wall to the Google Drive folder provided by Stikwood alongside their final edited content. These process assets are required even if omitted from the final edited video; a finished reveal or social post alone does not fulfill this requirement. Unedited means original camera files, not a professional RAW photo format. In addition to the initial campaign deliverables, creators must create, deliver to Stikwood, and publish at least one piece of content per month for 12 months featuring their installed Stikwood wall. Everyday moments in the completed space may count, provided the Stikwood wall is clearly visible. The monthly schedule, including its start date, will be documented in the campaign brief or signed agreement.
2. COMPLIMENTARY PRODUCT
Bronze creators may receive up to 125 square feet of complimentary Stikwood for an approved project. Creators must provide their requested finish and project measurements for approval before fulfillment. The quantity supplied depends on the approved project’s needs; creators do not automatically receive the maximum allowance. Stikwood will confirm in writing the approved quantity and dollar value of the complimentary product before fulfillment. This confirmed value of the product actually supplied—not the maximum allowance—sets the creator’s initial qualifying-sales threshold for earning commission.
3. AFFILIATE TIERS
All creators enter the affiliate program at Bronze. Commission rates and product allowances are: • Bronze: 5% commission; up to 125 square feet of complimentary product for an approved project, subject to the initial commission threshold below. • Silver: 7.5% commission; up to 200 square feet of complimentary product for an approved project. Eligibility requires $20,000 in lifetime qualifying sales. • Gold: 10% commission; up to 300 square feet of complimentary product for an approved project. Eligibility requires $50,000 in lifetime qualifying sales. Performance is reviewed quarterly. Stikwood will confirm advancement and its effective date in writing. Higher rates apply from that effective date forward, not retroactively. Product selection and fulfillment remain subject to project approval.
4. WHEN COMMISSIONS BEGIN
Bronze creators begin earning commissions with the first qualifying order that takes their cumulative qualifying sales above the confirmed value of the complimentary product supplied for their initial project. The full qualifying value of that threshold-crossing order earns commission—not only the portion above the threshold. Subsequent qualifying orders earn commission at the creator’s applicable tier rate. Orders before the threshold-crossing order count toward the threshold but do not earn retroactive commissions. Example: A creator receives 80 square feet of Hamptons with a confirmed product value of $1,080. After generating $1,000 in qualifying sales, the creator refers another qualifying order worth $500. That order brings cumulative qualifying sales to $1,500 and is the first commissioned order. At the Bronze rate of 5%, the creator earns $25 on the full $500 qualifying order. The threshold is measured in qualifying sales, not commissions earned. It determines when commission eligibility begins and is not a deduction from the first commissioned order.
5. QUALIFYING SALES & PAYMENT
Only qualifying sales attributed to the creator via their assigned affiliate code earn commission. Commission is payable only on the product value of qualifying sales, excluding tax, shipping, customs/duties and other non-product fees. The affiliate agreement will specify eligible purchases, attribution requirements, the treatment of discounts, returns and cancellations, and payment timing. These rules must be provided before participation begins and apply consistently to both threshold calculations and commissions. Affiliate commissions are separate from any additional campaign fee expressly agreed to in writing. Complimentary product does not itself create an entitlement to a separate cash fee.
6. DELIVERY & DEADLINES
All required content must be delivered to Stikwood and published on the agreed channels by the deadlines in the campaign brief or agreement. Creators must let Stikwood know promptly if they anticipate a delay; extensions must be agreed to in writing. Failure to meet agreed requirements may affect campaign compensation, continued participation, or future collaborations, as specified in the signed agreement. A missed content deadline does not automatically void otherwise valid, earned affiliate commissions.
7. ORIGINAL CONTENT, APPROVAL & USAGE RIGHTS
Creators must provide original content and obtain all necessary permissions for third-party music, imagery, and other materials, covering the uses agreed with Stikwood. Content must follow the campaign brief and agreed review process. Where pre-publication approval is required, creators must obtain Stikwood’s written approval before posting. Stikwood’s permission to reuse, edit, publish, or advertise with creator content—including unedited footage—is limited to the rights expressly granted in the signed agreement.
8. HONEST & RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION
Content must reflect the creator’s honest opinions and actual experience. Product and installation claims must be accurate and supported by Stikwood’s published information or written guidance. Campaign content must not contain hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or misleading material.
9. DISCLOSURES & FTC COMPLIANCE
Creators must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Stikwood whenever endorsing gifted products, participating in paid collaborations, or sharing commission-earning links or codes. Use clear language such as “Stikwood gifted the wood for this project” and, where applicable, “I earn a commission on purchases through my code.” Disclosures must accompany the endorsement and must not be hidden in a profile, behind “more,” or among unrelated hashtags. Video disclosures must appear in the video itself, with spoken and on-screen disclosures as appropriate—not solely in the caption. Creators must follow applicable FTC guidance and platform requirements.
10. EXCLUSIVE FOLLOWER DISCOUNT
Each campaign includes a campaign-specific Stikwood code giving followers an exclusive 10% discount on qualifying purchases. Each customer may use that code once; this limit applies per code, not across all campaigns. Creators receive a new code for each new campaign. Each campaign runs for 12 months from the first campaign post. The code remains valid for three additional months, expiring 15 months from that first campaign post, not from code issuance or product arrival. The additional code-validity period does not extend the 12-month monthly posting requirement. The follower discount is separate from creator affiliate commissions and does not change the applicable tier rates or product-value threshold for commission eligibility.
