Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
Production Time: Our Real Wood products are made to order. When your order is received and paid for we will begin production. The typical order will take 2-3 weeks to make. The finish you choose and wood availability may affect the production time.
Cutoff Time: Orders received after 3 PM EST will be input into the system the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
  1. Shipping: Our standard shipping option usually takes 5-7 business days within the contiguous U.S. to be delivered. Cost will depend on where you are located and is estimated at time of checkout on the site. Expedited options may be offered during checkout.

  2. Free Shipping: For some products and during some promotions we offer free ground shipping within the USA only.

    3. International Shipping
    1. Available Destinations: We ship to Canada in addition to the contiguous United States. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We are able to ship to other locations around the globe if you contact us directly.
    2. Duties and Taxes: Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may be charged upon delivery.
