The Short Answer
Blu Homes’ Lotus Mini featured Stikwood in a modern tiny home designed for luxury living in a smaller footprint. The project shows how peel-and-stick wood can help compact spaces feel more personalized, warm, and finished without adding unnecessary construction complexity.
Last weekend, Blu Homes unveiled the newest addition to its Lotus collection: the Lotus Mini—a modern tiny home designed to deliver luxury living in a smaller footprint. Even more exciting, Stikwood was featured in the very first model home.

“We’re trying to lower our price per-square-foot with this launch,” says Blu Homes cofounder Maura McCarthy, “and want to deliver cooler, more personalized homes on a tighter timeframe.”
Starting at $275,000, the Lotus Mini was designed with flexibility and modern living in mind. The collection includes both a compact 640-square-foot model and a larger 1,600-square-foot option with two bedrooms and an offset floor plan.

Whether used as a guest house, pool house, lot extension, or full-time tiny home, the Lotus Mini proves that smaller spaces can still feel elevated, functional, and beautifully designed.
