Designer Spotlight: Amalia Gal
In this month’s spotlight, we’re featuring the effortlessly refined work of Stefani Botticelli, founder and principal designer at Botticelli Design Concepts. Known for her warm modern aesthetic and detail-driven approach, Stefani has quickly made a name for herself in the world of high-end residential design. Her most recent project—a serene, sophisticated retreat in Lake Tahoe—is a perfect example of how organic textures and smart material choices can completely transform a space.
Meet the Designer
Founded in 2020, Botticelli Design Concepts is a boutique interior design firm specializing in high-end residential renovations and new builds. Stefani brings a dual background in interior design and construction management to her work, giving her clients a seamless experience from initial concept to final reveal.
“With every project, I aim to create spaces that are not only beautiful, but also personal and livable,” she explains. “It’s about layering timeless materials with clean lines and warmth—so it always feels like home.”

A Vision Grounded in Nature
This Lake Tahoe project was all about balance: clean and modern, yet warm and grounded. Stefani and her team envisioned a home that reflected the surrounding landscape—natural textures, a calm palette, and subtle sophistication.
“The vision was to create a space that felt true to its Lake Tahoe setting—natural and grounded, yet refined,” says Stefani. “Bringing in organic textures and an elevated aesthetic helped reflect the surrounding landscape while maintaining a clean, modern look.”
